Mario Bugnone, MSSA, LCSW
Do you want to finally feel understood or heard? Whether it's debilitating anxiety, depression, or trauma that has held you back, there is hope — and you don't have to face it alone.
I use a strengths-based, person-centered approach to help you manage anxiety and depression, and I work with trauma through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Together, we'll work toward your own goals, at your own pace.
I offer daytime, evening, and weekend availability by telehealth, so care fits into your life — not the other way around.
